Press-feeding

DIMECO ALIPRESSE was formed in 1967 as a manufacturer of coil-handling equipment to respond to the demand of stamping industry starting to use material in coil. Today we are pleased to present you our “PRESSFEED 2004” integrating the latest technologies resulting from a constant evolution of materials available in coil. During the last 37 years, several new materials have been introduced on the market like HSLA steel, prepainted or coated steel, polished aluminium, and so on. Coil outside diameters increased from 600 mm to 2000 mm and coil weight from 3 kg to 23 kg per millimetre wide.

Since, we kept developing and improving technologies used in our press feeding lines to match market requests in terms of capacity, flexibility, productivity and friendly-use operator interface. Our new OPTI-MASTER & SIMOSTAR servo-controlled systems are using the latest “PFS” technologies (Press Feeding System) to monitors the entire line adjustments from uncoiler to feeder. MASTER COIL program (up to 2000 mm coil width, 20 ton coil weight and 10 mm thickness material) offers all features to cover our customer needs and matches perfectly the always-increasing press performances.
