After 8 years of OPTIMASTER® N.C. Control success, DIMECO now introduces its new generation,
OPTIMASTER®2, more compact, with higher performances and lower price.
DIMECO kept its trust in BOSCH-REXROTH when developing its new generation N.C. Control dedicated to stamping press coil feeding line applications.
The OPTIMASTER®2 offers the same features and ergonomics that have made of the first generation a success :
- Full hardware integration in a cabinet fitted with lockable wheels cabinet and a remote control.
- 6’’ monochrome display
- Feeding pitch accuracy of +/- 0,05 mm.
- Pitch micro adjustment.
- “ADA” feeding speed optimisation.
- One pitch feeding mode programmed feed length.
- 100 parts in memory.
- Software with pre-programmed menus.
- Batch and time counter.
- Electronic cams and safety features programmed in each part program (optional).
- Optional extra pitch measurement with external encoder fitted onto the strip.
- Service and parts available in all countries.
The OPTIMASTER®2 offers new advantages:
- Programs loading and updating can now be performed thanks to an MMC card or a USB key.
- Display resolution is more than doubled for better reading.
- Cabinet width is reduced by 200 mm for easier integration in the line.
- Messages are displayed in operator’s language even in graphic alphabets: Russian, Chinese, Hebrew, Romanian, Polish, Turkish, Hungarian,…..
- Cut-to-length line supervision is possible.
The OPTIMASTER®2 N.C. Control can be fitted onto all MICROFEED® roll feeders and MICROPRO® straightener-feeders of the DIMECO range.
