Louvers recessed light fitting. Forming of polished mirror aluminium without any scratches
Louver forming process : during the forming operations, the part delicate face is protected by a plastic film which runs inside the tools.
Interest of such an equipment :
- operating with some un-protected mirror polished aluminium being 205 mm wide and 0.4 mm thick : aluminium is protected with a plastic film during the bending operation
- important money saving for the customer who wishes to reduce the part production
costs : purchase of material without any film protection and no manual coating intervention during the part assembly
