Office furniture drawers
Drawer blanks are punched on a FLEXILINE using a YT 24 G LINAPUNCH unit. This system is detailed to office furniture having a capacity of 1000 mm in width and a maximum thickness of 2 mm. After punching parts are roll-formed on a PROVOT PROFIL PDE 200 duplex machine with 28 operations. The duplex type machine enables a width adjustment to achieve different models of parts. The A and B bends are achieved on a pressbrake with CNC rear stops.
