Automotive exhaust envelopes
This cost-effective line is well adapted to middle size exhaust factories for emerging countries for instance. It combines all the operations needed to prepare a blank before feeding a muffler forming line. It allows manufacturing of aluminized or stainless steel blanks up to 800 mm width without any maximum length constraint.
Advantages of the solution :

- Putting in line all processes drives work in process reduction and allows Just in time manufacturing
- Quick part changeovers in less than 10'.
