The MULTISTEP punching technology :
The press ram holds tool selectors. At each press stroke, the controller feeds a variable pitch length into the press and drives one or several selectors, which insert a wedge between the ram and the punching tools. The units are put in operation depending on each part sequence. At the end of part program, the shear splits the punched part.

The DECOPRO® 370 kit proposed by DIMECO includes a coil feeding line, a set of tool selectors and a SIEMENS SIMOSTAR® 170 or 370 controller.
