DIMECO releases its first “3 in 1”, which combines a decoiler and a straigthener-feeder on a single base.
It targets manufacturers seeking a simple, robust and safe press feeding line with decent performances.
Fitted with most popular accessories, the L7155B and L7155D shows an outstanding price for value.

- For 3-ton coils in 300 or 500 mm wide.
- Strip thickness from 0,3 mm to 4,1 mm.
- Feeding Rate up to 100 Spm.
- Pitch accuracy: ± 0,15 mm.
Decoiler
- Variable speed.
- Rotation jog mode from main control box.
- 6 coil keepers.
- Pneumatic safety pressure arm.
Straightener-feeder
- Full crocodile head opening for easy strip insertion and roll cleaning.
- 2 hard chromed (70 HRC) and sand blasted pulling rolls for better grip & durability. Pneumatic release.
- 7 hardened (60HRC) straightening rolls.
- Double-point roll cradle adjustment.
- Adjustable pass line height : from 950 to 1350 mm.
- Intlet guides (independent adj.).
Numerical control
