- All rolls are reinforced by means of back up rolls
- Life lubrication of all bearings and oil splashing of the transmission give low costs of maintenance
- A crocodile opening system ensures the head opening and gives an easy cleaning of the rolls
- Straightening rolls are hardened to 60 Rck and ground to a high grade
- Loop control is included
The 1685 straighteners are fitted with 9 straightening rolls diameter 80 mm and 2 driving rolls diameter 120 mm
