MICROPRO solution 2 in 1 : saving floor from 40 to 50% !
- 9 x 50 mm dia straightening rolls
- The 4 upper straightening rolls are mounted on a cradle
- RMA: motorised cradle depth and tilt adjustment through 2 independent gear motors; cradle position control via encoder with digital display
- 1 pair of 80 mm dia inlet feeding rolls
- POR: upper feeding roll pressure through pneumatic cylinder and release through springs + sheet release for piloting through pneumatic opening of the feeding rolls and setting of motor torque to 0
- All straightening rolls are case-hardened (60 Rck) and ground
- RCS: the feeding rolls are sandblasted and hard chrome plated (70 Rck)
- Rolls mounted on sealed ball bearings, lifetime lubricated
- All rolls are supported by hardened rollers to avoid deflection and get better straightening quality
- Transmission to all rolls through 2 cluster gears, oil splash lubricated and placed in a sealed case
- Motorisation through 2 brushless motors and reduction gears free from play:
one for the lower straightening rolls and the feeding rolls, the other for the upper straightening rolls
- GRS: inlet strip guide, symmetrically and manually adjustable; width display via mechanical decade counter
- Outlet basket made up of 6 horizontal sheet holding rolls
- Base made of rolled, welded steel
- DRH-VS: crocodile opening of the head through 2 hydraulic cylinders for easy roll cleaning
- CRM/T: extra pitch measurement through sensor directly placed on the sheet and supervision of the slipping value between strip and rolls
