2676 - Coil cradle straightener
Use
The combination straightener-decoiler cradle is always very efficient in works fitted out with a traveling crane. Thus, loading is rapidly done without coil centering. Alignment is ensured by means of 2 mobile lateral plate guides. These machines are not suitable for sheets less than 1.2 mm or when the surface of the sheet is delicate. In both cases, a cradle-decoiler fitted out with mechanical centering is recommended.
Decoiler-cradle
The coil cradle support consists of one steel frame. The mobile blind flanges are adjustable according to the sheet width. The displacement of the plates is done by means of 3 (one-left handed and one-right handed) screws. Screws are connected with a chain. The coil is put on wide rollers. A chain drives the rollers at the same speed as that of the straightener.
Straightener
These machines are fitted out with 1675, 1676 or 1690 straighteners and with the same electrical equipment : speed variator, loop control.
