After 3 years of research and development, DIMECO now disclose its new servo-electric LINAPUNCH® MC-E which offers more productivity and flexibility to demanding sheet metal fabrication industries specially metallic furniture or domestic appliances.
This new generation coil-fed turret punch machine, is fully electric. The SIMOSTAR NC control manages up to 11 programmable servo axis.
- x and y positioning axis,
- 200KN high speed press drive systems (400 Hpm when contouring) with programmable bottom & upper dead points,
- 52 « thick turret »standard cartridge tools selection system. Tools are fitted in 4 exchangeable cassettes that can also be replaced by AUTO-INDEX or MULTI-TOOL programmable rotating dies.
