Technical details:
To produce parts length 1162 mm with 4 holes at a rate of 250 pieces per hour.
Length of parts and axis centre of the holes remain variable.
The line includes :
- 1 x uncoiler 1250 kg with speed variation and loop control
- 1 x 10 stands rollforming-feeder equipment
- 3 x punching units including interchangeable tools cartridges
- 1 x cut to length unit including interchangeable tools cartridges
- 1 x outlet table with pneumatic tilting
- 1 x touch screen PC control for programming and display
