Smoke evacuation system
This FLEXIPUNCH line performs punching and forming operations for all sheet metal parts integrated in customer's wide range of products.
Advantages of the solution :
- Line versatility as very diverse parts can be produced: from 20 mm to 800 mm width, up to 4500 mm length and 3 mm thickness, in mild, pre-coated, galvanized steels, aluminium or even protected with plastic film.
- Possibility to perform special operations like threading, bending or drawing
- Fully automatic line configuration according to part to manufacture data which are entered in the system thanks to the SIMOSTAR 12'' color touch screen HMI.
