Quick die change without any manual task
The line manufactures the main parts included in a quick built-up supermarket shelve system i.e. shelf and perforated or plain back panel.
Advantages of the solution :
- High line output : 6 pieces per minute for perforated back panels, 12 pieces per minute for shelves and plain back panels.
- Putting in line all 3 processes, punching, roll-forming and bending drives work in process reduction.
- Quick change over: less than 10' between two different part manufacturing.
