Strip introduction by means of a decoiler and a straigthener-feeder
Introduction in a hydraulic press.
Corners and windows notching and part shearing.
Format is then inserted in a rollforming machine to form both long sides.
The part next goes into a double hydraulic unit, which performs 2 sides 90° bending.
The part is transferred in the clinching unit that assembles reinforcement profiles.
