High capacity punching and rollforming line (8 axis)
The line is composed by following machines:
- uncoiler 25 tons
- straihgtener – feeder 1676 G Simostar 370 8BP • DRP-VS cocodile opening - easy cleaning of the rolls
- coil end welding,
- hydraulic punching,
- rollforming • automatic thickness adaptation 1.2 to 1.5mm • length measurement by laser cell on pre-notch hole to start flying shear process
- hydraulic flying shear (profil cutting)
- reinforcement loading and crimping,
- gantry stacking robot for heavy parts.

- Material: 1000 x 0.8 to 3.0mm
- Blank length: 20 meters
