Changeover times are drastically reduces thanks to the new coil feeding and recoiling processes.
Line parameters are automatically adjusted in selecting the program within the job list displayed on the SIMOSTAR® 370 N.C. touch screen
Changing punching cartridge cassettes are optimized using a 2 stations MULTIMATIC® trolley.
Scrap at beginning and end of batch are cancelled enjoying the DIMECO proprietary « chaining » software.
Programmable TRAM® stacking unit assures sorting and piling up of the different part models.
