PRODUCTION
Our customers are kept under constant pressure of their principals and bear the unforeseeable price variations of raw material. DIMECO offers inventive means of production from coils, more economic than production from blanks. More over, DIMECO solutions save time in production process and reduce loss of material and wastes.

FLEXIBILITY
The crescent sharing of the market and the reduction of availability in stocks brought about an important decrease of the batches manufactured by our customers. Saving time during series production changing is the most important challenge.
To reduce dead time, the “SMED” method of production uses standard tools, automatically positioned by servo-drive systems. Time for tools positioning and setting is no longer required. Thanks to an automatic positioning of tools and parameters memory of the whole production line, the operators can work in easier and better conditions.

INNOVATION
European leaders of automated press feeding lines since 1970, the 20 engineers and technicians of DIMECO ALIPRESSE ‘s R&D department are still improving and creating new-patented technologies. In partnership with the most famous electronics manufacturers in the world, we are developing new applications in production data processing. We are checking new forming processes by increasing PLC production from the most sophisticated material.
