Linapunch®+ coil punching unit

THE IDEAL MEAN for fabrication contract manufacturers

This LINAPUNCH® is a real 8-ton, 24-tool turret punch machine working from max 1250mm wide and 2 mm thick coils 2 heads each fitted with 2 removable cassettes, moves across the coil. Each cassette houses 6 “thick turret standard” cartridges: 3 “B” size, 2 “C” and one “D”, which can be complemented with a notching tool.

A mechanical shear crops the parts.

2 AUTO-INDEX stations :
are fitted in cassettes, which can substituted to regular cassettes. They allow complex shapes nibbling.

RADAN CAM processor :
From “dxf” files, it checks part processing and converts files into tables directly workable by our 5- axis SIEMENS SIMOSTAR® NC control.

Other available options :
- Use of MULTITOOL cartridges in “D” size housings.
- Plastic foil application or withdrawal device can be implemented onto the straightener.
- Additional hydraulic punching stations can be implemented to allow heavy duty punchings.
- Regular of robotized stacking systems
- System can be used as cut-to-length line.
